PRODUCTION AND USE OF BIOENERGY RESOURCES OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF UKRAINE ON THE BASIS OF SUSTAINABILITY

The article deals the analysis of production and consumption bioenergy resources in agriculture. It is established that assessment resource potential carried out with regard to following energy trilemma: decarbonization, security affordability, which significantly increases interest alternative fuels derived from renewable sources. In order achieve sustainable development context providing businesses affordable clean energy, national indicators relevant agricultural sector have been developed. Biomass utilizes both land human resourse a greater extent than any other technology, can create supply chains. has proven use biomass improves access at local levels, but also reduces waste disposal, provides an or fossil resources. noted main products processing are solid liquid biofuels, biogas. Ukraine's strategy 2035 suggests increase generation up 11,5 %, stimulus for growth green tariff. requires largest amount compared limits sown areas food crops favor crops. particular, raw materials bioethanol Ukraine sugar, starch cellulose materials, converted into final product by alcohol sugar factories. Biodiesel not widespread enough, more 95 % gross harvest rapeseed soybeans used its 2019 was exported. structure waste, particular straw, stalks husks, greatest use. Thus, creates significant prospects agriculture, wholesale tariffs need be revised take account external factors consider insurance risks increased environmental taxation, low Ukraine.
